Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or of the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@juhaynh.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

All prices on the Service are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The Service is not currently registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) under Saudi law because it operates below the mandatory registration threshold (SAR 375,000 of annual taxable supplies); accordingly, no VAT is charged or added to displayed prices. Should the Service become VAT-registered in the future, prices will be presented inclusive of VAT and these Terms will be updated to reflect that. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; in such cases your order may be cancelled and any payment refunded in full.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, we may decline the order, for example because the product is out of stock, because of a pricing error, or for fraud-prevention reasons.

We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. Where buy-now-pay-later options (such as Tabby or Tamara) become available, this section will be updated to reflect them and their terms will apply at checkout. Payments are processed by certified providers (Shopify Payments / Tap Payments); we do not store full card details on our servers.

Shipping terms, carriers, and delivery windows are set out in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct National Address or, for international orders, a complete delivery address.

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, consumers have a right to return goods within seven (7) days of delivery. Exceptions and refund procedures are set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Except as required by applicable consumer protection law, the Service and all products are provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

All content on the Service (text, images, video, logos, software, and trademarks) is owned by Juhaynh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its security, reverse-engineering it, scraping content in bulk, or using it to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, without prejudice to any right of consumers under mandatory applicable law and to alternative dispute resolution available through Maroof (maroof.sa) and the Ministry of Commerce's Balagh portal (balagh.gov.sa).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
