Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains your right of return under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the conditions we apply, and how refunds are processed.
1. Your seven-day right of return
In line with Article 16 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, you may return an eligible item within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at returns@juhaynh.com or through your account within the seven-day window.
2. Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, seals, packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or have had protective seals broken may be refused or subject to a partial refund reflecting the diminished value.
3. Exceptions
The right of return does not apply to: (a) products personalised, engraved, or made to your specifications; (b) sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (including certain perfumes and skincare); (c) perishable goods; (d) gift cards and digital products once redeemed or downloaded; and (e) items explicitly marked non-returnable on the product page.
4. How to return
After we confirm your return request, we will issue return instructions, including the designated carrier (typically SMSA, Saudi Post/SPL, or Aramex) and a pre-paid or reimbursable shipping label where applicable. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Keep the tracking number until the refund is completed.
5. Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a defect, misdescription, or error on our side, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns within the seven-day window, return shipping is at your expense, except where we have offered a free-returns promotion on the product page.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect the item (normally within two working days of delivery at our warehouse), we initiate the refund within seven (7) working days, in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations. Depending on your bank or card network, the funds typically clear into your account within an additional fourteen (14) calendar days. We will notify you by email at each step.
7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@juhaynh.com with photographs. We will arrange a free return and, at your choice, issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Cancelling before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before we mark it as dispatched, contact us immediately. If we are able to stop dispatch, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.
