Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 24 April 2026
This policy explains where we ship, the carriers we use, delivery times, and what we need from you to deliver your order successfully.
1. Delivery areas
We ship throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to selected international destinations. Some remote addresses may have longer transit times or limited carrier coverage; if that applies to your address we will contact you after your order is placed.
2. Carriers
Within the Kingdom we work with Saudi Post (SPL), SMSA Express, and Aramex. International orders typically ship with Aramex or DHL. The carrier for your order is chosen based on destination, parcel dimensions, and service level.
3. National Address requirement
For deliveries within the Kingdom, please provide your National Address (short address, building number, postal code, and additional number) at checkout. A precise National Address is required by our carriers and helps avoid failed deliveries.
4. Processing time
Most in-stock orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) working days. Made-to-order or engraved items have a lead time noted on the product page. Saudi public holidays may add a working day to this estimate.
5. Delivery windows
Indicative transit times once dispatched:
• Major Saudi cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah): 1–3 working days • Other Saudi cities and towns: 2–5 working days • GCC destinations: 3–7 working days • Europe and United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
These are indicative only; carriers may adjust timelines during peak periods or due to force-majeure events.
6. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. From time to time we offer free-shipping promotions; terms are shown at the time of the offer.
7. Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with the carrier name and tracking number. You can also track live status from your account under "My Orders".
8. International customs and duties
For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at delivery by the carrier. Juhaynh has no control over these charges, which are set by the destination country.
9. Failed or refused deliveries
If a delivery fails because no one is present, the address is incorrect, or the recipient refuses the parcel, the carrier will usually reattempt delivery. Repeated failures may cause the parcel to be returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping may apply) or a refund less the original shipping cost.
10. Damaged in transit
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier at delivery. For any damage to the product itself, email support@juhaynh.com within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
